“I love Adolescent Growth for the passionate staff and the dedication they have to their clients.”

Jiselle is the spirited and resolute Program Manager at our Lombard location near Chicago, Illinois. As Program Manager, Jiselle supports the therapists by overseeing their work and providing expert feedback in the interest of continually improving the services we offer. She acts as a lead consultant for our treatment team, overseeing all of the treatment plans they develop and assuring that they meet the highest possible clinical standards.

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Jiselle has made a career out of working with teens and families who suffer from mental health issues and substance abuse. She finds strength in her coworkers whom she lauds as passionate and dedicated to their work with our teens.

Jiselle a graduate of Sant Xavier University where she earned a double Master’s in Education for school counseling and Mental Health Agency Counseling. She has always been enthusiastic about working with youth, but Jiselle’s original goal to become a school counselor was commutated when she did her second internship as a substance abuse counselor for teens. It was then that she came to truly love working with adolescents.

In addition to being her church’s Children’s Ministry Director, Jiselle has always worked with children and teens throughout all of the work she has done as a student and as a counselor. In the past she has worked as a youth substance abuse counselor, a school based counselor and a S.A.S.S. therapist for children and teens in crisis.

When she is not working, Jiselle loves to spend time at home with her two adorable cats, Suki and Sobe.
