Born and raised in the Golden State, Brad has always been a compassionate person with an inherent talent for connecting with others. This made Psychology a natural choice for Brad, who immersed himself in his studies with vigor and a keen sense of responsibility for the well being of those whom he would one day provide services for.
Following his graduation from CSU San Bernardino, Brad gained valuable experience working with children in need at the McKinley Children’s Center in San Dimas, California. Brad’s time with the McKinley center solidified his conviction to the field of mental health, and he went on to earn a master’s degree at Pepperdine University. He then completed the necessary requirements to become a Licensed marriage and Family Therapist.
Brad has always found hope in the teenage capacity to make great strides and change in lasting and pivotal ways. He has said that memories of his own youth and the trials and tribulations of adolescence inspire him to be a good role model for teens, who are navigating the most challenging time of their lives. Being a guiding force for positive change in the lives of struggling teens provides Brad with a sense of fulfillment that inspires everyone at Adolescent Growth.
In his spare time, Brad enjoys playing tennis as a stress reducer and form of exercise. He also enjoys travel and considers himself a movie buff, with particular interest in the genres of Science Fiction and Film Noir. As a California native, Brad has said that sunshine and spending time outdoors are the two things that he simply cannot live without.
