Sieu Ma

Director of Operations

“I love that at Adolescent Growth I get to work with a team of competent, caring, and compassionate professionals who truly want to help others.”

Sieu joined our team in March of 2007. Since then she has advanced to become our wonderful and talented Director of Operations thanks to her great attitude, tireless work ethic and sincere dedication. Sieu received her B.S. in Biology from the University of San Francisco with minors in Japanese and Chemistry. She then went on to medical school at the prestigious David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. She completed three years of med school before she made the difficult decision to walk a different path. We admire Sieu for the courage she showed in walking away from medical school to follow her calling to help others in need.

Sieu’s clinical rotations were not wasted as she came to learn that there was an egregious lack of continuity of care for adolescents in the greater Los Angeles area. She is now dedicated to helping families find the necessary resources to assure that their children get the help they need. Through her work as the Director of Operations Sieu specializes in working one on one with our psychiatrists to help educate our clients and their families on the details of their psychiatric medications. Furthermore, she provides leadership and direction to our staff.

With a kind heart and inviting spirit, Sieu leads and trains our team to be the best they can be. Outside of work, Sieu enjoys spending time with her cherished husband, playing with her three “fat” cats and being a connoisseur of fine foods. She is also the proud mother of a baby boy who is “the most beautiful baby you have ever seen”.
