Can I Afford Treatment For An Eating Disorder?
Adolescent Growth offers superior care that is affordable. Some insurance policies will cover up to 100% of the cost of treatment. By completing the Benefits Verification Form you are giving your permission for the admissions coordinator to contact your insurance company and inquire about the type of coverage you are entitled to.
