She has since devoted her time volunteering at residential programs for women suffering from mental health and substance abuse disorders; leading 12-step study groups; and, holding support groups for woman who have survived domestic violence and human trafficking.
Christina brings a positive attitude wherever she goes and to whomever, she meets and sees her primary responsibility as a Floor Manager to ensure that every person who walks through our doors is as comfortable as possible, whether they be a client, parent, or member of the staff.
When asked why she enjoys working at Adolescent Growth Christina discloses, “I am able to work with an amazing team to help clients struggling with mental health and substance abuse disorders. I have learned here how to create an open and honest dialogue with clients making them feel comfortable showing them they are in a safe space to express their thoughts and feelings with no fear or judgment. Every day we strive to be understanding and supportive of the clients while emphasizing our daily commitment to helping the clients reach their recovery goals and have long term success”.
When she is not at Adolescent Growth, Christina enjoys spending time with her beloved and beautiful family, engaging in volunteer work and curled up reading a good book.
