Joining our network automatically places you on a list of available providers used by our Discharge Planners when preparing clients for graduation.  Each and every one of our clients is provided with a detailed list of practicing professionals in their area upon discharge and our Discharge Planners always prefer to provide referrals to professionals whom we know and trust.  We will also provide you with occasional news and updates about Adolescent Growth.
